What drives me?
My curiosity to learn and explore the world.
My passion is to use my skills to improve people’s lives.
These two principles are my compass through my adventurous life journey resulting in the role now called a user experience researcher.
My work focuses on engaging and empowering users of all abilities with technology. I have over fifteen years of experience in designing, developing, and project managing digital experiences that range from web/mobile-based platforms, internet-of-things, physical computing to pervasive games. I present my work at conferences and exhibitions across the globe. I publish my research and artwork in a variety of venues.
As a mentor, I teach user research methods, interaction design, design thinking, participatory design, and game design. My extensive experience contributes to my agile ability to lead through managing and mediating challenging professional relationships and fostering successful team building.
I have a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from Queen Mary University of London. I earned a Master’s from the Interactive Telecommunication Program at New York University, NY.
